  • Postpartum Group Fitness Class

    This is an in-person, six week long program designed for recently postpartum moms (6 weeks - 12 months) who are looking for community, support and guidance on how to return to fitness safely and effectively after pregnancy.

  • Consultations

    Consultations are great for those who already have an established exercise routine/gym membership, but desire additional guidance on how to safely navigate fitness during pregnancy or postpartum. These sessions are jam packed with education about scaling options, core & pelvic floor considerations, strategies you can implement same day, and more!
